    Select “Install for All Users” (required for integration user access).
  2. Create Integration User
    • Username: oneai@<your-domain.com>
    • Profile: “Minimum Access - Salesforce”
    • Other fields can be left as defaults.
  3. Create Permission Set
    • Name: OneAI Integration User
    • Assigned Connected Apps: OneAI
    • Object Settings:
      • Leads: Read, Edit; include “Phone”, “Status”, and custom fields
      • Events: Read, Edit on "WhoId" and "Description"
    • System Permissions:
      • API Enabled
      • Edit Events
    • Manage Assignments: Assign to integration user
  4. Authorize App Access
    • Go to: Connected Apps → OneAI → Edit Policies
    • Set Permitted Users to: Admin approved users are pre-authorize
